1.  With all of the dangers and hardships of Mt. Everest why do people climb Mt. Everest?  Why does  Peak climb Mt. Everest? 

2. At this point in the novel, people's opinions of Holly have changed.  What are these new opinions and why have they changed?

3. Who starts to believe in Peak that Peak can handle a summit attempt and how does this make Peak feel?
